Title: In Sweden, diagnoses in girls aged 13–17 increased by approximately 1500% (15-fold) between 2008 and 2018

The Zepf et al. (2024) systematic review documents sharp increases in adolescent referrals for gender dysphoria across several European countries over the past decade. The increase has been particularly pronounced among adolescent females, who have shifted from being a historically rare presentation to the most commonly referred cohort over the past fifteen years.
